- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆After giving my information to start my refinancing application, Tim Citizen did not follow up to finish my application. I called a few times and emailed him a couple times (I had to get his email address from the receptionist). Nothing...no response. He said they are customer focused...yeah right! If I am not qualified to refinance, why not tell me directly and not get my information in the first place? Do not refinance with this company. They have a lot of complaints in Better Business Bureau!By my name, October 10, 2016
