- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to discuss my deceased relative's account. Front desk broker by the name of Mike attempted to "help" us. His version of help was to condecendingly remind the relative's 72 year old widow, hard of hearing, that " ****** is not in as I've already told you several times..." when she did not understand him. Mike communicated completely wrong information, sent us on our way without so much as a persons name or number whom we could get in touch with, only stating that "someone" would be in touch with us, wasting our 50 mile 45 min trip to the branch. We called the branch again after we got home, and after communicating to the branch manager what had happened, she did not see fit to even offer an apology. THIS IS TD AMERITRADE IRVINE. If you want an insulting experience from incompetent brokers who don't know what their companies own policies and procedures are, Irvine's TD Ameritrade is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, many brokers out there know how to earn your business. Give your account to competent people who know how to behave, and behave with class.By M R, September 11, 2017

I don't depend on others for advice, such that I cannot blame others for their advice... I average over 27% IRR a month from 1999 to 2012 on land development, so stocks/bonds/packaged investments don't interest me at all.
