- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Well, all I wanted to do is go to my local B of A around the corner and purchase some foreign currency. I finally got a representative in Alabama who was thoroughly confused and then the phone went dead......So, I guess i will have to go to my local bank in person and ask a teller if they can get some foreign currency (for Costa Rica) for me. It's too bad there isn't someone at the local office who can answer a simple question over the phone to save a trip by auto to get an answer...otherwise I have no complaints with B of A.By Carol Scandura, March 09, 2017
