  Gregory R. was helping me change my name on my accounts. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We were in and out in no time! If we ever need to see a personal banker, we will definitely be back to have him assist us. Thanks Greg!

  I tried to call this location for Notary. No one answers the phone for half an hour. Since I was not in the rush, I made an appointment and put a note that I needed a notary (if they get this appointment and they don't have Notary service, they would call me) Appointment came, I walked in, they guy (Sun Chang) greeted me and said 'oh yeah, I meant to call you that we don't have Notary service' (so why didn't you call?? you didn't seem to be busy.) then he suggested me to go to UPS for paid service. I had to ask him for other B of A location that offer Notary. waste of my time.
