  My mortgage was sold to them about 8-9 months ago. Has been nonstop BS and issues since. And heaven help you if you fax something to them, they can't ever find it. My 2 longest calls have been fighting with them about fax confirmations. Both times they found it but only after a few people looked and asked me for the time, date and TZ about 20 times. After I thought it was all fixed, they can't find something me and my insurance agent have faxed to them and are threatening to charge me for new service of their choice. I am caught in a paperwork process loop from hell. Avoid this place if you want to avoid a headache!

  They have been pretty good. We have only been with them a few months, but for the most part our experience has been ok. Yesterday I was trying to get an answer an the lady would not tell me or who to talk to. I called back and got a nice gentleman, who told me exactly what I had to to to get my answer. Thank you.

  Run and run fast!!!!! My loan was sold to these ---- people . I make 1/2 payment every 2 weeks it's easier to budget and I found out that they DO NOT. Post that money until they get the other half of the payment... it sits in "suspension" status until the rest is received. How stupid is that???? The rep told me that it's because the loan was simple daily interest and I would be "robbing the system" of interest if they posted the day it is received. Well, they sure took it out of my bank account the same day and "robbed" me of the use of the money!!!! Just another way of getting more interest and money from the customer. Also they told me I have 0 grace days, which it used to be 10 days. What a complete joke.... wish I could give zero stars, this is. It is not a good way to treat a brand new customer, even though it was not my decision to go with these idiots.... will be looking to refinance asap.
